Our Story
We started in 2010 in Villeneuve, with a small takeaway sushi counter. Kent, passionate about Japanese cuisine, crafted the dishes, while Lisa warmly welcomed our first customers.
In 2013, a new chapter began in Montreux with the opening of the first Huit Sushi Restaurant. Beyond traditional nigiris and makis, we introduced creative rolls and a modern vision of Japanese cuisine. We were also the first in Montreux to offer Korean specialties.

Today, in 2025, we open a new chapter with a reimagined Huit Sushi — a place where tradition and innovation meet to offer a complete sensory experience.
